Problem
The International Technical Resources (ITR) team needed a customized workflow to process potential job applicants for their matching system. The application process required specific forms for each applicant type. The ITR team also needed automated replies and workflow to send notifications to the ITR team upon specific steps being completed on the site. ITR also needed a complete registration and login system with password authentication, profile management, and password recovery. Finally, the ITR team needed branding and professional web design work including a custom web-site logo.
Benefits
Clarity dramatically improved previously manual processes by leveraging automated workflows for potential candidate matching with consistency between forms to ensure a seamless workflow for ITR team members. Solution
Clarity worked with ITR management to establish a screen by screen plan with mock-ups for each workflow step within the applicant management system. After establishing a documented plan for the sytem functionality, Clarity worked closely with the ITR team in a live design session to create the website logo and corporate web design. Finally, Clarity completed the development process and allowed the ITR team to test the site on a live development server. ITR provided detailed feedback and after the final adjustments were completed, Clarity verified that the site was cross browser (x-browser) compatible and then took the site live for the ITR team.
