Problem
The Campus 2 Careers team worked previously with development companies that were offshore but struggled to accomplish their desired end result - a reliable, scalable job/internship platform to enable small businesses to fill targeted positions with active and graduating college students. Campus 2 Careers was a start-up needing a short timeline within a reasonable budget. Since job boards work best when they scale up, it was also critical that the system could grow quickly as demand increased.

Solution
Clarity met with the Campus 2 Careers team to assist them with planning the full system workflow, walk through user stories and develop a "down to the pixel" system mock-up (more detailed than wire-frames). Upon completing the detailed mock-ups, Campus 2 Careers chose to further engage Clarity for the complete application development. Clarity was able to leverage enterprise grade development tools and resources as a Microsoft Partner to deliver a scalable MS SQL and ASP.Net based solution. Ultimately, Clarity worked with the Campus 2 Careers team to deliver a complete system to specification. Clarity also performed a battery of automated system performance tests to ensure the Phase I launch could scale quickly.
