Clarity eCommerce Product Subscriptions Video Transciption

Hi, Ron from Clarity. One hot feature you may want for your eCommerce solution is the ability to offer subscriptions, which is not only convenient for your customers but provides predictability and stability in your company's revenue stream. Offering discounts for longer terms may also mean taking a little less margin but can extend the guaranteed and total revenue. Being able to offer subscriptions is both dependents on the eCommerce solution as well as the payment provider.

To showcase this feature, let's visit one of Clarity's clients, ScentAir. If you have ever been in a hotel bathroom and it smelled nice, there's a good chance that you're smelling a scent from our client. Most of ScentAir's clients are B2B and need to refill those scents month-over-month continuously. Clarity designed and built a clean site and integrated it with their Sage X3 ERP on the back-end to process and handle fulfillment and purchases on term.

Let's take a quick look at the scents, selecting the luxury resort series. From there, I like that Tahitian lime woods selection. Then I decide whether to order just a single item or choose from monthly or quarterly billing with auto-ship. I opted for the monthly billing and chose to continue to shop for a second scent. I navigate back to the catalog and scroll down to amber blossoms. Now I've never smelled that scent, so I opt to order a single item.

Let's now view the cart one of the custom upselling experiences Clarity added to the cart was the ability to visually see those options again, coloring our selection in green as well as now displaying the savings that they could receive if they change to a quarterly billing cycle. I changed my mind and flipped the amber blossoms to monthly billing and the Tahitian lime to quarterly. I finally opted to up my quantity from 1 to 3, and I'm ready to checkout.

So, there you have subscriptions. This example provides an option to choose your billing cycle on the product page, and an additional visual upsell opportunity to switch and save more when you go to checkout. Thanks for watching.
