Custom Reporting
When the Newton Group needed help to move their customers to purchasing online from them, they turned to Clarity. They already had an online store, but less than 5% of their purchases came from the store. Clarity sat down and discussed their business and came up with a business intelligence for eCommerce strategy to make order not only easier, but to also make the online solution provide much more value than an email or phone order.
Clarity built out a BI and custom survey module to automatically send out surveys on behalf of their customers when they ordered from the new portal online. Clarity eCommerce was used for the custom ordering portal, and with a custom integration to their ERP, the BI solution provided the data needed to build out the reports for all their customers.
