If you purchase goods and services from other companies, you made need to pre-pay, either a partial payment or a payment in full. Unfortunately, a prepayment option was difficult to negotiate within the old MS Dynamics GP. Not so with Dynamics GP 2013, which allows you to enable a prepayment function within the Purchase Order Processing set-up page. You can then automate your prepayments on an account and manage that invoice more efficiently.
