About Micki Cascio

I am an experienced facilitator, proactive communicator, and certified scrum master that guides teams to achieve their goals through building cohesion, empowerment, and focus with my personal brand of compassionate servant-leadership. I forged my organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills early on in my career in the field of event management. Clarity has helped me translate those skills into the ability to connect people and ideas at varying levels of technological know-how, to facilitate difficult discussions with openness and respect, and to build consensus in the face of highly complex situations.
