Why CSI manufacturers add Payment Hub, and what changes when they do
Isn't CSI just Syteline? Not quite. Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) is the modern cloud descendant of Infor SyteLine, the manufacturing ERP that's been a workhorse for SMB manufacturers since 1986 (originally Symix SyteLine, acquired by Infor in 2005). Infor moved the product to a multi-tenant cloud architecture on AWS, layered Infor OS underneath (ION middleware, Birst analytics, IDM document management, Coleman AI), and rebranded as CloudSuite Industrial. It targets the same audience SyteLine always did, SMB manufacturers who need real ERP capability without the deployment complexity, customization burden, and IT overhead of enterprise-class systems. Industrial Machinery, Fabricated Metals, Job Shops, Auto Suppliers, Aerospace & Defense, High-Tech & Electronics, Industrial Equipment, and Engineer-to-Order / Make-to-Order shops are the home turf.
So how does Payment Hub help? Well, it fills the gap, which is the same one we see across most cloud ERPs, and is on the payment-acceptance side. CSI includes basic credit-card processing through specific Infor-partnered processors and a stored-credential mechanism for AR. It works for simple invoice payment scenarios. But it doesn't ship the broader payment infrastructure most modern manufacturers want: a customer / vendor / reseller portal payment surface, real-time cash application across the multi-invoice batch case, automatic Level III enrichment for commercial-card volume, gateway choice across the full B2B / B2G processor landscape, surcharging where legal, subscription / recurring billing, and order-to-cash patterns built specifically for SMB manufacturing (deposits on production orders, milestone billing on configured-to-order shops, partial-shipment captures as production completes, multi-site routing across plant locations).
How does Payment Hub integrate with CSI? Payment Hub fills this gap through Infor's own ION API gateway and Infor OS REST endpoints, the standard, blessed integration path Infor and Infor partners use to extend CSI. The integration is clean (no Mongoose form modifications, no IDO extensions, no SQL triggers). It respects your existing CSI customizations, ION flows, and ISV products, and it works equally well on CSI multi-tenant cloud, CSI single-tenant cloud, and CSI on-premise deployments. What you gain: portal payment surface across all three Mongoose-based portals, real-time cash application, gateway choice across 19+ processors, Level III interchange optimization, manufacturing-specific order-to-cash patterns, and multi-site / multi-company routing.
The 5 reasons SMB manufacturers choose CSI, and how Payment Hub makes each one stronger
Infor's own brochure highlights five reasons SMB manufacturers select CloudSuite Industrial. Each one has a payment-side counterpart that Payment Hub completes, turning CSI's value props into end-to-end automation rather than ERP-only automation.
Optimize capital for growth initiatives
CSI redirects capital from IT infrastructure to growth. Payment Hub redirects capital from interchange waste to growth, L3 savings on B2B card volume typically recover $9K–$150K+/yr depending on volume.
Rapid infrastructure scalability
CSI scales to demand fluctuations without hardware investment. Payment Hub scales gateway capacity, transaction volume, and per-Site routing automatically, pilot one Site in 48 hours, add the rest in batches.
Real-time visibility, order to delivery
CSI delivers visibility from order placement to delivery. Payment Hub adds visibility from quote to cash, payment status, settlement, surcharge yield, L3 yield, dispute and chargeback flow, all surfaced in CSI dashboards via ION events.
Accelerated time to value
CSI's preconfigured manufacturing processes accelerate ERP go-live. Payment Hub's preconfigured BOD subscriptions, gateway connectors, and L3 field mappings deliver the same on the payment side, 48-hour go-live for a single Site.
Automate manual operations
CSI eliminates manual data entry and spreadsheets. Payment Hub eliminates the manual-payment-entry layer, auto cash application, auto L3 enrichment, auto dunning, auto retry, auto multi-currency translation, auto Site-based routing.
The Infor platform stack, where Payment Hub plugs in
Infor CloudSuite Industrial is a full stack, not only an ERP. Infor OS underneath, ION for messaging, Mongoose for the application framework and portals, Birst for analytics, IDM for documents, Coleman for AI. Payment Hub integrates at the ION + Infor OS layer, where it can interact cleanly with every layer above without modifying any of them.
Infor OS
Multi-tenant cloud platform on AWS. Identity, security, UX framework, mobile, social. Payment Hub authenticates here via OAuth 2.0.
ION + ION API
Intelligent Open Network. BOD message bus + REST API gateway. Payment Hub publishes/subscribes to standard BODs and calls REST endpoints here.
Mongoose Framework
CSI's low-code application + portal framework. IDOs, forms, events. Payment Hub provides a Mongoose-compatible iframe for portal payment surfaces, no Mongoose modifications needed.
Birst
Networked analytics. Payment Hub publishes payment events (charge, refund, settlement, L3 yield, surcharge yield) into ION. Birst dashboards pick them up automatically.
IDM (Infor Document Management)
Document storage and workflow. Payment Hub attaches receipts, settlement reports, chargeback packets, and signed authorizations to the relevant CSI document via IDM.
Coleman AI
Infor's industry AI layer. Payment Hub feeds payment-pattern signals (risk-score, retry-success-rate, late-payment trend) into Coleman so it can include them in its recommendations.
Mongoose Portals
Customer Portal, Vendor Portal, Reseller Portal, all Mongoose-based. Payment Hub adds an embedded payment surface to each, without modifying the underlying Mongoose portal logic.
SyteLine Heritage
CSI is the cloud-native modernization of SyteLine. SyteLine 8.x / 9.x / 10.x customers integrate the same way through ION (or, on older versions, direct IDO web service calls).
CSI's manufacturing verticals, all served by Payment Hub
CSI is the engine under several Infor industry CloudSuites and is sold direct into a broad spread of manufacturing verticals. Payment Hub works across all of them, but the manufacturing-specific patterns that light up vary by vertical based on typical order cadence, customer mix, and B2B-vs-B2C balance.

Products
Each vertical has a different typical Payment Hub fit. Industrial Machinery, Industrial Equipment, ETO, and MTO shops are configured-to-order or engineer-to-order operations where deposits at order entry, milestone billing, and partial-shipment captures matter most. Job Shops and Fabricated Metals often live on the customer portal, many small accounts paying many small invoices, which is where multi-invoice batch pay and ACH come to the fore. High Tech &, Electronics and Medical Device have substantial B2B commercial-card volume where L3 enrichment delivers the highest savings. Auto Suppliers and Aerospace &, Defense often run multi-site / multi-company operations where per-Site routing across operations is critical, and (in A&D) compliance overlay matters. Consumer Products straddles B2B and B2C, both portal payment (for B2B) and eCommerce-style checkout (for B2C) come into play.
How Payment Hub fits the Infor Agility methodology, 60% pre-configured, 30% tailored, 10% unique
Infor Agility is the methodology Infor uses to deliver CSI quickly without sacrificing manufacturer-specific differentiators. The 60/30/10 breakdown, pre-configured readiness, tailored configuration, unique differentiators, applies just as cleanly to the Payment Hub layer as it does to CSI itself. That alignment is why CSI go-lives that include Payment Hub generally land in the same time-to-value envelope as CSI go-lives that don't.
Standard BOD subscriptions, standard L3 field mapping, standard portal widget components, standard Birst dashboard hooks, standard surcharging rules, standard reporting. Drops in clean.
Your specific Site-to-MID routing, your surcharging policy, your dunning ladder, your portal branding, your custom AR workflow, your multi-currency translation, your gateway choice and credentials.
Bespoke buyer-portal flows, integrations with non-Infor systems (CRM, billing, eCommerce), commercial-card programs, industry-specific compliance overlays (A&D, medical device).
The Agility model maps cleanly: most of the integration is pre-configured (gateway connectors, BOD subscriptions, the standard L3 field mapping, portal widgets, reporting), the middle layer is tailored to your specific routing rules and policies, and the unique-differentiator layer covers the specifics of your industry, customer base, or integrated systems. Faster implementation, reduced risk, more capacity to focus on the business, same playbook as CSI itself.
Payment Hub vs native CSI payment, honest side-by-side
CSI includes basic credit-card processing through specific partnered gateways. It works for simple invoice-payment scenarios. Payment Hub is the gateway-agnostic alternative for SMB manufacturers who need more, gateway choice, manufacturing patterns, portal payment surface, and the broader payment-acceptance picture.

The Missing LinkBetween Paymentsand Your ERP
Clarity Payment Hub closes that gap, connecting your orders, invoices, and payment channels into one flow.
Speak to a Platform ArchitectHow the integration works, ION API + Infor OS REST + BODs
Payment Hub plugs into CSI through Infor's blessed integration path: ION API gateway for synchronous REST, Infor OS REST endpoints for transactional posts, and the ION BOD message bus for asynchronous events. OAuth 2.0 authentication. No Mongoose modifications, no IDO extensions, no SQL triggers. Eight features that come online when CSI gets Payment Hub:
ION API gateway as primary surface
All synchronous calls, token, charge, refund, void, cash-receipt application, go through ION API gateway. OAuth 2.0 authentication. Standard REST. Full audit trail in ION's monitoring console.
BOD message bus for events
Asynchronous events, order status, invoice posted, payment applied, settlement reconciled, ride the standard BOD bus: SyncCustomerPartyMaster, ProcessSalesOrder, ProcessInvoice, SyncReceivableTransaction. Coexists with existing ION flows.
Customer / Vendor / Reseller portal surface
Embedded payment surface across all three Mongoose portals. Customers self-serve open invoices. Vendors receive AP rebate refunds. Resellers pay channel-program invoices. Stored credentials, multi-invoice batch pay, ACH, multi-currency, L3.
Level III auto-enrichment
Pulls 20+ required L3 fields from CSI Sales Order, AR Invoice, and Project Invoice line records. Packages and submits per gateway / card-brand spec. Tracks qualification rate by transaction. SMB manufacturers commonly recover $9K–$30K/yr.
Birst dashboard publishing
Publishes payment events into ION. Birst dashboards pick them up automatically. Surcharge yield, L3 yield, gateway uptime, dispute and chargeback flow, cash-application latency, alongside CSI's manufacturing KPIs.
Multi-Site / Multi-Company routing
Each CSI Site or Company can have its own merchant ID, gateway, bank account / cash GL, tax setup, and currency handling. Payment events route based on the Site / Company on the originating CSI document. Multi-currency captures use CSI's exchange-rate handling.
IDM document attach
Receipts, settlement reports, chargeback packets, signed authorizations, surcharge disclosures auto-attach to the relevant CSI document via Infor Document Management. Full-text searchable, retention policies enforced.
Production-order deposits + milestone billing
Configured-to-order, engineer-to-order, and make-to-order shops: deposit at order entry held in CSI AR, milestone bills automatic on production-status BOD events, partial-shipment captures as goods leave the dock. Final reconciliation on close.
The integration workflow, a CSI manufacturer's order-to-cash, end to end
Walk through one realistic CSI scenario. ACME Hydraulics, a $40M, 120-employee SMB manufacturer with two production sites (Cleveland HQ and Mississauga, Ontario), runs CloudSuite Industrial. They make custom hydraulic presses, configured-to-order. A long-time distributor partner places a $185,000 PO for a custom press destined for an end customer in Detroit. Eight steps from order entry to fully reconciled cash.
Order entry, distributor self-services through CSI Customer Portal
The distributor logs into ACME's CSI Customer Portal (Mongoose-based). Configures the press through CSI's product configurator: 200-ton press, 48" stroke, custom hydraulic schedule, Site = Cleveland (CLE-01). CSI generates Sales Order SO-2026-04127 totaling $185,000, terms 30% deposit / 30% at production midpoint / 40% on shipment. Distributor approves the quote. CSI emits a ProcessSalesOrder BOD into ION.
CSI · Sales OrderMongoose PortalSO-2026-04127Deposit, Payment Hub catches the BOD, charges $55,500 with L3 enrichment
Payment Hub subscribes to ProcessSalesOrder. On receipt, it creates a deposit invoice in CSI AR (DEP-2026-04127, $55,500), pushes the embedded payment surface into the distributor's portal session, and accepts a Visa Purchasing card with stored credentials. L3 enrichment auto-fires from the SO line data: 200-ton press, hydraulic schedule, freight allocation, taxes, all 20+ fields packaged. Capture posts at large-ticket interchange. Estimated L3 savings on this single transaction: $430.

ACME's Mississauga site is configured separately, Site=MIS-01 routes to RBC merchant account, gateway=Adyen, GL=1010-CASH-CAD-CAN, currency=CAD with auto-translation to USD on consolidated reporting. Today's transaction stays USD on Cleveland.
CLE-01 · BoA · WorldpayUSDProduction milestone, 60% complete triggers second invoice
Three weeks into production, the press hits the 60%-complete checkpoint in CSI's Production Management module. CSI emits a status BOD. Payment Hub catches it and triggers the milestone-billing rule on the SO header: generate INV-2026-04127-M2 for $55,500. Email goes to the distributor's AP contact with a one-click pay link to the Customer Portal. Distributor pays via ACH this time, Payment Hub debits, NACHA-validated, settles in 1 business day.

Press completes. Crating: Crate 1 (frame + main cylinder, $30K worth) ships first. Crate 2 (control panel + accessories, $44K worth) ships two days later. CSI emits a ProcessShipmentNotice BOD per crate. Payment Hub's partial-shipment rule fires: capture $30K against the held-deposit logic, then $44K on the second BOD. Total of $74K from this final invoice slice, fully line-level cash-applied.
Crate 1 · $30KCrate 2 · $44KPartial capturesCash application, BOD post-back into CSI AR
For every capture event, Payment Hub publishes a SyncReceivableTransaction BOD into ION with the cash-receipt details: invoice number, amount, transaction-date, gateway-reference, fee breakdown, surcharge (if any). CSI AR consumes the BOD and applies the cash to INV-2026-04127-M2 and the deposit reconciliation. AR Aging updates in real time. Birst dashboard reflects the new cash position.
SyncReceivableTransactionReal-time ARSettlement &, reconciliation, IDM attaches the daily settlement file
Next morning, the gateway settlement file lands. Payment Hub auto-reconciles: matched against captures, batched per MID, posted to GL=1010-CASH-USD-OPS for Cleveland. The settlement file PDF auto-attaches to a settlement record in IDM, indexed by date and MID. ACME's controller can pull it from any CSI document trail. Net deposit hits the Bank of America account. ACME's bank reconciliation runs clean.

SO-2026-04127 closes in CSI: $185,000 ordered, $185,000 received, 0 outstanding. Payment Hub publishes a final summary BOD: total billed, total received, surcharge yield, L3 yield ($430 saved), days-from-deposit-to-final, partial-capture count. Coleman AI consumes the signal, updates the distributor's customer-payment profile (paid as agreed, mixed CC/ACH, accepts ACH on milestones). That profile improves Coleman's recommendations on future quotes for this distributor.

Technical details, for the Infor CSI architects
For Infor partners, ION administrators, and CSI implementation teams: the connection model, BOD subscriptions, security posture, and deployment options.
Integration surface
ION API gateway for synchronous REST: token, authorize, capture, refund, void, cash-receipt application. Infor OS REST endpoints for direct entity reads (Customer, Order, Invoice, ARTransaction). ION BOD message bus for asynchronous events: SyncCustomerPartyMaster, ProcessSalesOrder (and StatusOf*), ProcessInvoice (and StatusOf*), SyncReceivableTransaction, ProcessShipmentNotice. Authentication via OAuth 2.0 against the Infor OS identity provider.
CSI entities consumed and posted
- Customer: read/write via Infor OS REST. Stored credentials linked back via custom field.
- SO (Sales Order): read, deposit creates linked AR doc. Milestone events trigger via BOD.
- SOLine: read for L3 enrichment (item, qty, unit price, freight, tax breakdown).
- ARInvoice / ARInvoiceLine: read for invoice payment. Cash receipts post back via BOD.
- ARCashReceipt: written via SyncReceivableTransaction BOD on every capture.
- Site / Company: read for routing rule lookup.
- Project (where CSI Project Management is in use), read for project-billing patterns.
- ProductionOrder: read for milestone-completion status events.
Mongoose portal embedding
Payment Hub provides a Mongoose-compatible iframe component that drops into the standard Customer Portal, Vendor Portal, and Reseller Portal pages. The iframe authenticates via signed token derived from the user's Mongoose / Infor OS session, no separate credential. The portal continues to render and authenticate through Mongoose. Only the payment slice is Payment Hub. Branding (logo, colors, copy) inherits from the portal CSS variables. No IDO modifications, no form modifications, no event-handler customizations required.
Security and compliance
- OAuth 2.0 against Infor OS identity provider, certificate-pinned outbound HTTPS.
- PCI DSS Level 1 service provider, with PCI scope minimized via tokenization at gateway.
- Card data never lands in CSI. Tokens stored in CSI custom field on Customer record.
- P2PE-validated terminals available for card-present (counter sales / will-call).
- SOC 2 Type II (Clarity).
- 3DS2 / SCA support for European customers (CSI sells globally).
- Data residency: respects Infor OS region (US, EU, UK, AP).
Deployment options
- CSI multi-tenant cloud (AWS-hosted by Infor): standard ION + Infor OS API integration.
- CSI single-tenant cloud: standard ION + Infor OS API integration, same OAuth flow.
- CSI on-premise: direct REST + ION (where deployed) or IDO web service calls, outbound-only firewall.
- SyteLine 8.x / 9.x / 10.x on-prem: IDO web service integration. Same Payment Hub feature set.
- Hybrid (CSI cloud + on-prem SyteLine sub): Payment Hub spans both via two routing identities.
CSI vertical CloudSuite compatibility
Infor packages CSI as the engine under several industry CloudSuites: CloudSuite Aerospace &, Defense, CloudSuite Automotive, CloudSuite Industrial Machinery, and the broader CloudSuite Industrial baseline. All share the same Infor OS, ION API gateway, BOD structure, and Mongoose portal framework, Payment Hub integrates the same way across the family. Vertical-specific overlays (compliance reporting in A&D, EDI patterns in Automotive, configured-to-order tooling in Industrial Machinery) sit on top without affecting the integration surface.
Frequently asked questions about Infor CloudSuite Industrial + Payment Hub
Answers to the most common questions from CSI customers, Infor partners, and SyteLine users planning a cloud move.
Does Clarity Payment Hub integrate with Infor CloudSuite Industrial?
Yes. Payment Hub integrates with CSI through Infor's ION API gateway and Infor OS REST endpoints, the standard, blessed integration path used by Infor and Infor partners. ION handles message routing and BOD translation. Infor OS APIs expose CSI entities (Customer, Order, Invoice, Cash Receipt) as REST resources with OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Every transaction posts to CSI in real time. Customer records, sales orders, AR invoices, and cash receipt applications stay as the single source of truth in your CSI environment. Works with CSI multi-tenant cloud (Infor-hosted on AWS), CSI single-tenant cloud, and CSI on-premise deployments.
How is this different from CSI's native payment processing?
CSI includes basic credit-card processing through specific Infor-partnered processors and a stored-credential mechanism for AR. It works for simple invoice payment scenarios. Payment Hub is gateway- and processor-agnostic, integrates CSI with any of 19+ supported gateways plus ACH / eCheck. You keep your existing merchant account and processor.
Payment Hub also adds capabilities CSI's native payment doesn't ship, full customer / vendor / reseller portal payment surface, multi-invoice consolidation, automatic Level III enrichment for commercial-card transactions, surcharging where legal, subscription billing, and dunning automation.
Does Payment Hub work with Infor's ION middleware?
Yes. ION (Intelligent Open Network) is Infor's integration backbone, and Payment Hub plugs in cleanly. We use ION API gateway for synchronous REST calls (token, charge, refund, void, cash-receipt application) and ION's BOD message bus for asynchronous events (order status, invoice posted, payment applied).
Standard BODs we consume include SyncCustomerPartyMaster, ProcessSalesOrder, ProcessInvoice, and SyncReceivableTransaction. Where you have existing ION flows running between CSI and other Infor or non-Infor applications, Payment Hub coexists without conflict, we subscribe to the relevant BOD topics and publish payment events back into ION.
Does Payment Hub work with CSI's Customer / Vendor / Reseller portals?
Yes, and this is one of CSI's strongest differentiators that Payment Hub completes. CSI ships customer, vendor, and reseller portals built on the Mongoose framework. Out of the box, the customer portal lets buyers view orders and invoices but doesn't include a native payment surface.
Payment Hub embeds directly into the Mongoose-based portal, your customers, vendors (for AP rebate refunds), and resellers (for distributor channel payments) get a hosted payment interface with stored credentials, multi-invoice batch pay, ACH, multi-currency, and L3 enrichment. The portal continues to render and authenticate through Mongoose / Infor OS. The payment slice is Payment Hub.
Does Level III interchange optimization work for CSI manufacturers?
Yes, and CSI customers often have a high L3 savings opportunity because their B2B commercial-card volume is concentrated in industrial, manufacturing, and distribution-adjacent transactions where Level III qualifies. Payment Hub automatically pulls line-item data from CSI's Sales Order, AR Invoice, and Project Invoice records and packages the 20+ required L3 fields for the gateway.
Typical CSI-running SMB manufacturer with $3M in annual B2B card volume recovers $9K–$30K annually. Larger multi-plant CSI customers with $15M+ commercial-card volume can recover $75K–$150K+.
Does Payment Hub handle CSI's multi-site / multi-company structures?
Yes. CSI's multi-site (multiple plants under one entity) and multi-company (separate legal entities) constructs both map directly into Payment Hub's location routing table. Each CSI Site or Company can have its own merchant ID, gateway, bank account / cash GL, tax setup, and currency handling.
Payment events route based on the Site / Company on the originating CSI document. For multi-national manufacturers using CSI's global operations capabilities, multi-currency captures post correctly with CSI's exchange-rate handling. For Infor's vertical CloudSuites that share the CSI engine (CloudSuite Aerospace &. Defense, CloudSuite Automotive, CloudSuite Industrial Machinery), the same routing model applies.
Does it require Mongoose customizations or modifications to CSI?
No. The integration uses Infor's published ION API gateway and Infor OS REST endpoints exclusively. No Mongoose form modifications, no IDO (Intelligent Data Object) extensions, no custom event handlers, no SQL triggers in the CSI database are required for the baseline integration.
Where you have existing Mongoose customizations (custom fields, custom screens, custom validation rules), Payment Hub respects them, the API call goes in through standard channels, your existing IDO / event-handler logic fires as designed. For embedded portal payment surfaces, we provide a Mongoose-compatible iframe component that drops into the Customer / Vendor / Reseller portal page. No underlying Mongoose customization needed.
Does Payment Hub work with the Infor Agility methodology?
Yes, Payment Hub fits naturally into the 60% / 30% / 10% Infor Agility breakdown. Most of the integration is pre-configured (60%), the gateway, the BOD subscriptions, the standard L3 field mapping, the standard portal widgets, and the standard reporting.
Tailored configuration (30%) covers your specific routing rules (which Site routes to which MID), your surcharging policy, your dunning ladder, your portal branding, and any custom AR workflow. Unique differentiators (10%) cover anything specific to your industry or customer base, bespoke buyer-portal flows, integrations with non-Infor systems, custom commercial-card programs. The full integration generally lands in the same time-to-value envelope as CSI itself.
Does Payment Hub work with CSI Cloud and CSI on-premise?
Both. CSI multi-tenant cloud (Infor-hosted on AWS), CSI single-tenant cloud, and CSI on-premise (customer-hosted or partner-hosted) all expose Infor OS / ION API endpoints. Payment Hub connects through standard outbound HTTPS with OAuth 2.0 token authentication.
For on-premise CSI deployments, no inbound firewall ports need to open, the integration uses outbound-only connectivity with certificate-pinned trust. For CSI customers on the cloud-migration path (moving from on-premise SyteLine or CSI on-prem to CSI multi-tenant cloud), Payment Hub's configuration migrates with the underlying ERP migration. No re-implementation of the payment layer.
What's the implementation timeline for CSI?
A typical Payment Hub + CSI integration goes live in 48 hours once Clarity receives Infor OS / ION test environment credentials, gateway credentials, and your baseline routing configuration.
For multi-site / multi-company CSI customers, pilot with one Site / one Company in the first 48 hours, then add additional Sites and Companies in subsequent batches. For customers with embedded portal payment surfaces, the portal widget drops in during the same window. Your existing CSI license, ION flows, Mongoose customizations, ISV products, and Birst / IDM / Coleman AI configurations all stay intact.
Does Payment Hub work with CSI's vertical CloudSuites (Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Machinery)?
Yes. Infor packages CSI as the engine under several industry-specific CloudSuites: CloudSuite Aerospace &. Defense, CloudSuite Automotive, CloudSuite Industrial Machinery, and the broader CloudSuite Industrial baseline. All of them share the same underlying Infor OS, ION API gateway, BOD message structure, and Mongoose-based portal framework.
Payment Hub integrates the same way across the family. The vertical-specific overlay (regulatory reporting in Aerospace &. Defense, EDI patterns in Automotive, configured-to-order tooling in Industrial Machinery) sits on top of CSI without affecting the integration surface.
Does Payment Hub work for SyteLine customers, including older on-premise versions?
Yes. Infor SyteLine is the on-premise lineage that became CSI when Infor moved the product to the cloud. Payment Hub integrates with SyteLine 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x on-premise installations through the same Infor OS / ION API stack (or, for older installations without ION, through direct IDO web service calls).
For SyteLine customers planning a migration to CSI cloud, Payment Hub's configuration ports forward, the gateway connections, routing rules, and portal customizations all migrate with the ERP move. Many of our CSI go-lives originate as SyteLine modernization projects where the cloud migration and payment-modernization happen in the same window.
