Does Your Navigation Guide Your Visitors To Where You Want Them To Go?

Menu & Navigation

As your business grows, so does the amount of information, videos, and collateral that you collect. Invariably, much of this information makes its way onto your website. At times it’s very helpful; other times it just adds to user confusion and "website clutter." To make matters worse, you're constantly finding and adding new content, but very rarely do you have the time to remove or refresh all the old content, thus propagating the problem. This doesn't have to be a problem if your users can still find what they're looking for quickly and easily. As such, a well-designed, easily navigable menu is worth its weight in gold.

LDR

Custom User Experience Information Wizard

LSR Medical is a global innovator in Cervical and Spinal devices. Founded in France, they've grown to hold many patents and Government approval for surgical implantation of their devices in many countries around the world. In order to make it very easy for LDR to control the user experience and the way information is delivered to the visitors, they asked Clarity to design and build some custom wizard UIs to control the workflow. You can close this and click on "About Mobi C" to see the differences. The colorful, more home environment graphics are for users learning about how it will affect them in their every day lives. The more technical wizard is to show surgeons and those looking for how it's done versus how it feels. (Clarity client)

LDR Medical

Multi-tier Global Menu

LDR Medical, although starting in France a short 15 years ago, has designed and patented almost 20 devices for cervical and thoracolumbar (spine) disc surgeries across seven countries. So how do you represent 7 unique countries, 5 languages, yet only 1 company intuitively and cleanly? Clarity designed all the localized websites independently so the country managers could maintain and update them separately. Visit the website and click "Select Your Region" or see the individual site links in the footer. As you select a site, you can see the Global links in another menu across the top of the header, making it easy to always, come back home. (Clarity client)

Stelladaur Academy

Transparent Floating Navigation

The Stelladaur Academy is a secondary education provider that specializes in forming and growing the creative and character of their students. With a them much like Harry Potter's Hogworts, the Stelladaur Academy has written their own unique curriculum that reads like a novel from the series. Each chapter of the curriculum focuses on teaching and molding a new character trait. As their site header is "in the stars" they wanted their menu to appear to float in space. To achieve the effect, Clarity built a transparent floating palette style menu that is suspended in space. (Clarity client)

Affair Recovery

Standard Categorized Menu

Our story took root in 1984, when founder Rick Reynolds and his wife Stephanie struggled to move past the pain of his infidelity. Even as a marriage counselor and family therapist, Rick had trouble finding resources and programs that could help them recover from the affair and save their marriage. Rick drafted the curriculum for EMS Online (originally called 911 Marriage), and began to use the materials in his own private marriage counseling practice. On the home page, instead of having very comprehensive and confusing menus, Clarity helped him design (bottom half of the home page) and simple graphical presentation of the three steps to recovery.
